Let me guess. You’ve been comparing packages for weeks, one of you hates having your photo taken, and somebody’s nan is going to steal the dance floor. Brilliant. That’s exactly who I photograph.
Two of you at a register office or 150 people in a barn, I’m there for the real stuff: the tears, the chaos, the look across the room that lasts half a second. I’m a Bristol wedding photographer, and I shoot weddings and elopements across the UK and Europe.
Every one of these wedding and elopement packages is built so you can enjoy your day, not manage it.

Most couples tell me two things afterwards: everything ran smoothly, and I caught moments they never even saw happen. Here’s how.
Before your wedding

Planning, without the stress
- A proper chat first. 30 minutes to an hour on the phone or video, whichever suits you. You get a feel for how I work, and I get to know you two and what matters to you.
- Me, directly. Email or WhatsApp me whenever a question pops up. You’ll always hear back from me, never an assistant, and always within 2 days.
- 2 short questionnaires. One to get to know your plans and your people, one to shape your timeline. So I know who your gran is before I meet her.
- My planning guide. Everything I’ve learned from years of weddings: timelines, light, getting ready, family photos and the final week, all in one place.
- A timeline built around light. We plan your day around the best light and finalise it together 2 to 4 weeks before, so nothing feels rushed.
- A little black book. Suppliers I trust and love working with, from venues to florists to hair and make-up, if you need a few names.
- Rain plan and portrait spots. A backup plan if the sky has other ideas, and the best portrait spots at your venue, scouted in advance.
On the day

Your day, with all the little details
- Documentary, start to finish. I follow your day as it unfolds and only step in when it helps. Most of the time you’ll forget I’m there.
- George on lighting. He looks after the kit and sets up the extra lighting behind that moody look, so everything runs smoothly and you can just enjoy your day. (From Intimate up.)
- Settled in before you are. We arrive with time to spare, have a look around and get to know the light, so we’re ready the moment things begin.
- Backed up as I shoot. I work with 2 camera bodies, and every photo saves to 2 memory cards at once, so your day is safe from the very first click.
- Quick, relaxed portraits. Gentle guidance, plenty of laughing, and never more than a short break from the party.
- Group photos without the chaos. Send me your list, I’ll call the names, and you’re back at the party fast.
After your wedding

Yours to keep
- Sneak peeks within a week. A first handful of favourites straight to your inbox, and into the same gallery your full set will land in.
- Your full gallery. In 6 to 8 weeks for full days, and within 4 weeks for Runaway and Intimate. Every photo, ready to relive.
- Every photo edited by me. Rich colour and black and white, chosen for each moment. No outsourcing.
- A gallery to share. Your private online gallery stays up for a year, and you can keep it longer if you’d like. Family and friends can view and download with just their email.
- Downloads and prints. Unlimited full-resolution downloads, plus print ordering straight from your gallery, so the photos make it off your phone and onto your walls.

Travel
Full-day collections include travel across England and Wales. Runaway and Intimate include travel within 25 miles of Bristol.

Up to 4 hours, up to 50 guests. A long lunch that turns into dinner, and George comes too.

a.k.a. team Emerald
I’m Eszter, the one with the camera. 13 years of photographing real moments, a Master of Arts in Photography and a photojournalism background mean you can forget I’m there and just enjoy your day. Not a fan of being photographed? Neither are most of our couples, and they still tell us it was the easiest part of the day.
From Intimate up, you get George too. He sets up the extra lighting behind that moody look and keeps everything running smoothly, so I can stay focused on you.
We photograph around 20 weddings a year, by choice. That way every couple gets our full attention, never a rushed version of it.

Have a chat
A relaxed 30 to 60 minute call, on the phone or video. We get to know each other and I help you pick the right package. No sales pitch.
Book your date
Happy? A booking fee and your contract secure the date. The rest is due 4 weeks before the wedding.
Plan it together
Two short questionnaires, then we shape your timeline 2 to 4 weeks before. Need suppliers, a rain plan or the best portrait spots? Just ask.
Enjoy your day
George and I arrive early, settle in and look around. You stay with your people, we take care of the rest.

Questions about packages
the practical bits
The practical bits couples ask before booking. Can’t see yours? Just ask, I reply within 2 days.
Which package is right for us?
Think about the shape of your day. Classic (up to 6 hours) covers the heart of it, from the ceremony to the first dance. Timeless (up to 8 hours) runs from getting ready to the dance floor, and it’s what most couples choose. Infinity and Beyond (10 to 12 hours) is the whole day, plus an engagement shoot and a fine art album. Not sure? We’ll work it out together on our call.
What’s the difference between Runaway, Intimate and the full-day collections?
Runaway (from £950, 2 hours, up to 10 guests) is for elopements. Intimate (from £1,450, 4 hours, up to 50 guests) is for small weddings, and George comes too. Full-day collections start at £2,500 and include George, travel across England and Wales, and a keepsake box with prints.
How many photos will we get?
There’s no fixed number, because no two weddings are the same. I don’t pad the gallery or hold photos back: you get every one worth keeping, each edited by hand. As a rough guide, Runaway is around 100 to 150, Intimate around 200 to 300, Classic around 300 to 450, Timeless around 400 to 600 and Infinity and Beyond around 500 to 800.
Can we see a full gallery before booking?
Yes. I’m happy to share full wedding galleries privately, so you can see the whole day, not just the highlights. Just ask.
How do we book, and when do we pay?
A booking fee and your signed contract secure the date. The rest is due 4 weeks before the wedding. Full prices for every package are in my price guide.
Is travel included?
Full-day collections include travel across England and Wales. Runaway and Intimate include travel within 25 miles of Bristol. Getting married further away or abroad? I’ll quote it separately, no surprises.
Are there any extra costs?
No hidden ones. The only thing I ask is a meal for George and me during the wedding breakfast. Extras like more time, an engagement session or an album are optional, and they’re all listed above.
Can we upgrade or add hours later?
Of course. You can move up to a bigger package or add hours any time before your final payment, 4 weeks before the wedding. Extra hours are charged at your own package’s hourly rate, so you pay the same rate you already booked.
What if we need to move our date?
Life happens. You can move your date once for free, as long as I’m available on the new one. The details are in your contract.
Do we need to feed you?
Yes please! George and I eat while your guests do, at a guest table or a separate one. Then we’re ready for the speeches.
Is the first dance included?
Usually, yes. It depends on your hours and your timeline. We’ll plan it together so the moments you care about are covered.
How long will our gallery be online?
Your online gallery stays up for a year. Guests can view and download their favourites with just their email. Want it longer? You can extend it, and I keep a backup for 2 years.
Can we get an album or prints?
Yes. Fine art albums start at £450, and parent albums at £180. Prints and wall art can be ordered any time from your online gallery.
