Your engagement photographer

Hi, I’m Eszter, an engagement photographer in Bristol with a documentary soul and a love for real, unfiltered moments. My journey started in photojournalism (yes, I survived eight years of study and the darkroom life), and now I capture the messy, joyful, in-between bits that make your love story yours.

I’m an absolute turquoise-obsessed person. I also believe the best photos happen when you’re just being yourselves. Oh, and fun fact? I met my fiancé in Bristol… but we grew up in the same tiny Hungarian village. Life’s wild like that.

And by the end, they’re saying, “Wait… that was actually fun?” My job is to help you feel like yourselves: no stiff poses, no pressure to perform. I use gentle prompts that feel more like chatting, walking, or joking around than “posing.” You don’t need to know what to do. That’s what I’m here for.

It can be either.
Some couples book it as a standalone session, and others add it to their wedding package. If you’re already one of my wedding clients, just let me know. I offer special engagement session add-ons for you.

Once I get a feel for your vibe (urban, chill, romantic, outdoorsy?), I can suggest the perfect spot for you. Whether it’s golden hour by the Harbourside, the quiet woods at Leigh, the Clifton views, or murals in Stokes Croft, I’ll help you find a place that feels like you. We can even shoot at your home if you want a cosy, everyday feel, if that works for you.

That’s the hour just before sunset: soft light, dreamy glows, and zero harsh shadows. It’s honestly magic. But early mornings also work beautifully, especially if you’re after something quiet and gentle in nature. I’ll help you time it perfectly.

Something that feels like you, just turned up a notch.
You don’t need to dress up (unless you want to). Neutrals, layers, textures, yes. Logos, neons, super tight fits, not really. The key is comfort and movement. I’ll send you a little guide after booking with tips, outfit inspo, and what works best on camera.

Absolutely, and I recommend it.
Many couples use these photos for save-the-dates, wedding websites, guest books, or even as part of their wedding decor. And honestly? It just makes the whole thing feel even more personal.

Usually about an hour.
It flies by, honestly. We’ll wander, chat, and take breaks. It’s super relaxed. If you want to shoot at more than one location, we can talk about adding time.

Umm… yes please.,
Fur babies, weird props, vintage bikes, takeaway pizza, if it’s part of your story, bring it. Dogs are always welcome (bring treats and maybe a friend to hold the lead for a few shots). They make the session more fun and more relaxed.

You’ll get 50+ fully edited photos within 2–3 weeks.
I’ll send a few sneak peeks in the first couple of days so you have something to share (or obsess over). All the photos are high-resolution and ready to download, print, or post.
