I specialize in capturing weddings, corporate events, private parties, and intimate gatherings. My approach is particularly suited for events that call for a sensitive and artistic touch, where capturing the mood and the ambience is just as important as photographing the people and main events.

I recommend booking as soon as you have your event date confirmed, especially for weddings and major events, which are often booked up to a year in advance. A minimum of 3-6 months in advance is advisable for other events to ensure availability.

My rates vary depending on the type of event, duration, location, and specific client needs. To provide a personalized quote, I invite you to contact me directly with details about your event. I strive to offer packages that accommodate a range of needs and budgets.

All packages include:

  • Pre-event consultation to discuss your vision and preferences.
  • Event coverage by me personally.
  • Professional editing and colour correction of images.
  • A private online gallery with high-resolution images for viewing, sharing, and downloading.
  • Print release rights, allowing you to print your photos whenever you choose.

Typically, you will receive your edited photos within 4-6 weeks after the event. For weddings and larger events, I aim to provide a sneak peek of a few images within a few days to a week.

Yes, I am available to travel for events both within and outside of Bristol. Travel expenses may apply for locations beyond a certain radius, which can be discussed during our initial consultation.

Absolutely, I prefer to meet with you before the event. This meeting can be in person or via a video call, depending on your preference and location. This helps us build a rapport and ensures that your event photography aligns perfectly with your expectations.

If you need to cancel your booking, the deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable to compensate for the reserved date. However, if you cancel well in advance, I do try to be as accommodating as possible and may be able to apply your deposit to a future date, depending on availability.

To book my services, please contact me through my website or by phone. We will discuss your event details, after which I will send a contract and invoice for a deposit to secure your date. The booking is confirmed once the contract is signed and the deposit is received.

Yes, I carry professional liability insurance. This protects my business and ensures minimal risk to you and your guests, providing peace of mind throughout your event.
